I don't believe in quick fixes, I believe in long term solutions. That's what habits can do for us. Not only can habits help us accomplish our goals but habits can help us become the person we want to become.
I hate numbers. Not just because I'm terrible at math, but because I don't believe they give you the whole picture. So you will never hear me ask how many pounds you want to lose, what size pants you wear, or how many inches off your waist you're hoping to lose. Because frankly put, I don't care.
What I do care about is how you feel and how much you achieve. So I will ask you, "If you had a magic wand to give you everything you want in your life, what would that wand do?" I wanna hear it all, your goals, dreams, and even those secret hopes you don't quite dare to say out loud.
Once we have your goals in place we will backwards plan to figure out what habits you need to create or change to help you get that "magic wand" life you described. You'd be surprised how little changes can lead to such big changes in your life. Together we'll help you see the true force you were always capable of being.

My favorite coaching session with Annie was the topic of stress and the effects stress has on the body. I loved it because I felt validated and understood. I loved talking and sharing and learning with Annie. It even brought tears it was perfect, and perfect timing. When I find myself having lunch at my desk while working I remember to slow down and breath and let my body relax and not feel rushed and stressed. The biggest change I have noticed after being coached by Annie B. is that I am looking at myself and my health differently.
